What is Le Chat
Le Chat is an AI conversation chat assistant launched by French artificial intelligence startup Mistral, which aims to provide an educational and fun way to explore Mistral AI’s technology through interaction with users. Le Chat can conduct conversations based on three different language models provided by Mistral AI, includingMistral LargeMistral Small and a model called Mistral Next. The launch of Le Chat demonstrates Mistral AI’s technical strength in the fields of natural language processing and conversational AI, while also reflecting the company’s commitment to open and user-friendly AI.
Le Chat is currently in public beta and can be used for free by all users. However, Le Chat does not support real-time networking for the time being, and the information and data may not be the latest.

- Enterprise-level applications: Provides a version of Le Chat Enterprise designed specifically for commercial users, which supports self-deployment and a more granular content filtering mechanism to help enterprises improve team productivity and communication efficiency.
How to use Le Chat
- Visit Le Chat’s official website (chat.mistral.ai) and log in/register
- After logging in successfully, it will automatically jump to the dialogue interface. Click the upper right corner to switch between the three models Mistral Large, Next and Small
- Enter any questions you want to ask in the input box, click Send and wait for Le Chat’s reply
